Could i lose weight doing this?
I need to lose weight (about a stone/ 14lbs).
- I go jogging everyday with my dog for about an hour.
- Skipping almost every day for about 15 minutes.
- Weights (they’re only 1.5kgs, but it’s better than nothing).
- Yoga DVD a few times a week
- Cycling / rollerblading once a week. (which is better?)
I can’t afford the gym/ fitness classes and need to fit exercise in with my revision.
I eat about 500 – 600 calories a day. I’m a vegetarian. Will i lose weight? And how much do you think i could lose each week?

Well by doing this you will lose a lot weight! And i mean a lot.
- It all depends on how much your weigh though, if your “bigger” you lose more and if you “smaller” you lose less. Im estimating your a smaller person. You would probably lose this in a month? Or so.
Im trying to lose a stone by the end of next month and 3 stones by September & im more or less doing as you are. – Im pretty broke so i can’t go to the gym either. Iv just turned vegetarian and im having 500 calories a day. I jog everyday and walk a lot through out the day! I also go kickboxing when i can, but nearly ever (homework) And do extra stuff like skipping etc.
Also just do cycling one week and rollerblading the other! & Yoga hurts – A LOT! (: Hahaha.
