That’s what i eat almost every day, what do you think?
first,i do NOT want to lose weight, i’m just watching my weight,,
7:30 am > oats with milk (i mix 1 tbs honey with milk)
11:30 am to about 12:30 noon > one cheese or eggs sandwich (sometimes i add non fat yogurt and/or fresh fruit or vegetables)
6:00 pm usually rice or macaroni (small plate) with medium size chicken breast with plate of cooked vegetables and salad,, sometimes it varies
8:00 maybe fruit or 2 pieces of cake with tea,,

i cannot eat dinner before 6:00 pm,
i drink one tea or green tea daily and maybe one mint or anise,one glass of milk, and yes, a lot of water 
i don’t drink coffee or nescafe or cappuccino
if there is a dessert i eat small portion,its not daily
2 times a week i go for walking and soft running

You should consider trying to gain more weight.
You are not at a healthy weight for your height.
You should add more calories to your diet, maybe have a milkshake a few times in the week. I dont think you should stop exercising though, it is still good to be active.
every cake i bake /dish i wash/room i clean/tea i make/plate i serve, etc practise
