Curry paste:

c. two teaspoon ground coriander

1 cup coconut milk
cup water
1 cup of baby eggplant (optional) / orca
citrus leaves or curry leaves
Fish sauce to taste
Trim:
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
½ cup green pepper
Methods
Put all the elements of spices in a food processing and reduced to a fine paste. Simmer the coconut milk in a nonstick skillet until reduced by half.
