Any ideas for Vegetarian Lasagna?
I am not launching a traditional Christmas party with my friends and decided to go with an Italian theme. I'm a lasagna like I did last year. This year, I have some friends who are vegetarians coming and I thought I would try my luck for a vegetarian lasagne. If you have any idea to be big. If you have any idea I could try to do that is simple and everyone can enjoy what would be a plus. Thanks for your suggestions!
Yes, lasagna with spinach! I love it, as members of my family is not vegetarian. To see if you are vegan. If you are vegan can be more complicated. Finish with a layer of pasta sauce on top and spread the cheese. Cover and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake 30 minutes more. Muy bueno!
