Thinking about going vegetarian?
I was absolutely STUNNED when I saw videos of cows being abused at a southern california butcher farm. There were cows that couldn’t walk so they’d push them with forklifts, shock them, or drag them. I even got on PETA.org and watched the video “Meet your Meat” (sad video, yet I reccomend it)
I have plans on going vegetarian now. I’m knocking out my whole protein so what should I take to account for it? Its going to be extremely hard on account that my family is huge meat eaters but I look at it as animals shouldn’t go through abuse to feed me. Please no harsh words like (wow you’re stupid, we’re supposed to eat meat).
I just need some help. Facts to know, where to get protein and recipes?
